Monday – Friday  5:30am to 9:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 7:30am to 8:00pm.

Our fitness facility features four distinct and impressive fitness rooms designed for privacy and focus: Functional and Personal Training Studio, Cardio Equipment Studio, Strength Equipment Studio, and our newly renovated, 1500 square foot Group Fitness Studio.

Our club is equipped with state-of-the-art Hoist® & Cybex® weightlifting and cardio machines. Our fleet of cardio machines feature personal TVs for instant feedback or entertainment during workouts, or members can enjoy the views of the Club’s pool or tennis courts during a workout. The l’On Club is also proud to offer its members over 25 complimentary group exercise classes each week.

Fitness Orientation

Free for all members, our fitness orientation is a great way to start or update your fitness regime. An l’On Club trainer will meet you individually to discuss your fitness goals and advise you of what exercises, group fitness classes and Club equipment you can utilize to help you meet your goals.

Personal Training

The l’On Club is home to some of Charleston’s best personal trainers. Whether you are new to exercise, making a comeback to physical activity post-injury, looking to take your exercise regimen to the next level, or anywhere in between, our personal trainers will help you achieve results.

Group Classes

The l’On Club offers members over 25 hours of complimentary group fitness classes each week. Whether you are looking to get a full body workout in boot camp, increase your range of motion with yoga, or be introduced to group fitness classes in senior fit or stretching, we have the classes for you!
