I’On Kids Club
Get your little ones moving with 30 minutes of fitness-inspired games, obstacle courses and more! Our I’On Kid’s Club classes will focus on total body fitness, cardio conditioning, teamwork and having FUN!
Kids Beginner Tumbling
All kid’s aged 4-12 are welcome, as we learn the basics of tumbling. Class will be 45 minutes. See you on the mat!

Revolution Indoor Cycling
Revolution is a 60-minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton, and do interval training.

Run/walk club
Join us for a fun run and/or walk, while learning proper skills and technique to improve your form. Meet at the I’On clubhouse for a quick warmup, followed by scenic and relaxing runs/walks throughout our community!

Improving your flexibility is an important component of fitness at any age. This 45 minute class focuses solely on total body stretching.

Vinyasa Flow
This energetic practice emphasizes strength building postures in a mindful manner. Proper alignment and breathing techniques are emphasized in long, heat-building holds. This practice also improves flexibility and balance.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Yoga Conditioning
This practice blends dynamic strength and functional mobility practices with breath centered, mindful yoga. Be ready to sweat with rounds of high (or low/modified) intensity intervals mixed into the flow.
