Functional Integrative Training Foundations. F.I.T. Foundations incorporates full body weight training, low impact cardio, core and stretching with an emphasis on correct form and proper technique.

Gentle Yoga

This yoga practice is gentle, perfect for those looking for greater flexibility and a relaxing workout.

Head Over Heels Tumbling

Welcoming all skills levels for children ages 5-10. Our goal is to improve tumbling skills based on each child’s individual ability, as well as to improve their balance, strength, motor skills and overall health in a fun and encouraging environment.


HIIT (high intensity interval training) includes repeated short term bursts of exercise, followed by brief recovery periods. Exercises are basic, but can be modified to increase or decrease intensity for any level.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat focuses on fluid floor work exercises, designed to improve flexibility, strength, coordination and core stability.

Power Hour

Lunchtime just got more intense! Power Hour pairs weight training with cardio drills in a circuit setting to fire up the metabolism and increase strength.

Power Mat

Lunchtime just got more intense! Power Mat pairs strength training with core work, all on the floor, to fire up the metabolism and increase strength.

Revolution Indoor Cycling

Revolution is a 60-minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton, and do interval training.

Tai Chi Basics

In this low-impact, slow-motion exercise, you flow through a series of motions while breathing deeply and naturally, focusing your attention on your bodily sensations. 


This high intensity, full body, calorie blast will increase your heart rate, make you sweat and burn calories fast! This 45 minute class consists of timed work/rest intervals.

Total Body Stretching

Improving your flexibility is an important component of fitness at any age. This 45 minute class focuses solely on total body stretching.
Intensity Level: 1

Vinyasa Flow

This energetic practice emphasizes strength building postures in a mindful manner. Proper alignment and breathing techniques are emphasized in long, heat-building holds. This practice also improves flexibility and balance.
Intensity Level: 2-3

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Yoga Conditioning

This practice blends dynamic strength and functional mobility practices with breath centered, mindful yoga. Be ready to sweat with rounds of high (or low/modified) intensity intervals mixed into the flow.

Yoga with Weights
